Hi, I’m Simone Torrente, startupper and Digital Project Manager.
I graduated in Economics and Management with a specialization in Startup in Turin.
Over the years I have developed various interests in the fields of technology and psychology.
At 15 I approached the world of personal growth by reading the books by Tony Robbins, Dale Carnegie and Andrea Giuliodori’s blog efficacemente.com.
At 18, I developed my first websites with WordPress and Jimdo.
At 20, I discovered the world of startups. I founded my startup Starplan srl which I still manage (https://starplan.it/).
At 21, thanks to my university professor who taught me to use Microsoft Project, I became passionate about Project Management and started using the same techniques to organize my personal life as well. I use Notion, Trello, Toggl daily
At 23, instead of starting the master’s degree, I moved to Marrakech for a year to work as a Digital Project Manager. In my free time I studied web programming to better understand the work of the developers I worked with, learning Javascript, Bootstrap, Blockchain, etc.
At the age of 24 I deepened the philosophy of Stoicism: a subject only hinted at in classical high school. I recommend everyone to read Salzgeber, Seneca, Marco Aurelio and Ryan Holiday
